Two injured after south-west side shooting

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 23, 2016) — Police are investigating after two people were shot on the city’s south west side.

Emergency crews were dispatched to the 1400 block of Kappes  Str just before 8:45 a.m. Saturday. When they arrived, they found two victims.

One person was shot in the stomach and transport to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition. The other was shot in the hand.
