INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – IMPD detectives are asking the community for information to help find alleged murder suspect Devion Tooson, 21, of Indianapolis. The suspect is wanted for the shooting death of Michael Banyard, 20, on Saturday, April 23, 2016.
