Storm chances will be well west of the state later today with the largest threat of anything severe out west from South Dakota to Kansas.

Next storm chances won't return until midweek (Wednesday) with a cold front on the move. For now, timing appears for late afternoon/evening with rain totals ranging from .10" to .50" across the state.
