Brownsburg police search for suspect who robbed CVS at gunpoint

BROWNSBURG, Ind. – Police in Brownsburg are searching for a man who robbed a CVS Pharmacy at gunpoint.

The robbery occurred on June 7 around 5:30 a.m. at the CVS located at 21 West Main Street.

According to the cashier, the suspect entered the store and walked around for approximately 10 minutes before approaching the checkout counter.

After viewing the candy in front of the counter, the suspect waited until he and the cashier were alone at the check-out and then pulled a handgun out and pointed it at the cashier and demanded the money.

The cashier complied and the suspect ran out of the business on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his late teens or early twenties, approximately five feet six inches to five feet eight inches tall, and approximately 140-150 pounds, with black hair with twists on the sides, and wearing gray zip-up hoodie with white lettering on the front, and blue basketball shorts with a white stripe down each side, and tennis shoes.
