Carpe Diem Schools offer low-cost summer camps

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Looking for an affordable summer camp for your child?

Carpe Diem Schools are offering four-week camps for only $50 - and that fee includes breakfast and lunch! Each camp has a different focus, ranging from sports, to academics, to life skills.

The camps offered are:

  • Mission IMpossible - Leadership and Life Skills (kids entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade)
    • Offered at Carpe Diem - Shadeland from 9 a.m. - Noon
    • Explore and learn about important life skills such as healthy habits, financial literacy, community awareness and more.
  • MY Art Camp (ages 10 – 15)
    • Offered at Carpe Diem - Shadeland from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
    • Participants will discover a variety of arts such as drawing, sketching and take part in an art show.
  • Intro to 2D Art (Core 40 Credit)
    • Offered at Carpe Diem - Meridian Middle School from 12:30 - 2 p.m. High School from 2 - 3:30 p.m.
    • Students will be exposed to manga, letter styles, mural painting and urban toys while earning one of two Fine Arts credits for the Core 40 Diploma.
  • Academic Edge (kids entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade)
    • Offered at Carpe Diem - Northwest from 9 a.m. - Noon
    • A fun and innovative summer camp focusing on reading, math and science through coding, discovering nature and more.
  • Sports Camp (ages 10 – 15)
    • Offered at Carpe Diem - Northwest from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
    • An active four-week session including a sports sampler in addition to fitness and wellness training.
  • Arts Camp (ages 10 – 15)
    • Offered at Carpe Diem - Northwest from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
    • Participants will explore painting, jewelry making, becoming the next YouTube sensation and more.
