Police investigating robbery of east side Boost Mobile store

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Police are investigating an armed robbery of a Boost Mobile store on the city’s east side.

It happened in the 2400 block of Sherman Drive around 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police say the male suspect entered the store and began asking the clerk about iPhones and how much a family plan would cost. Then, police say the man pulled out a semi-automatic gun with what appeared to be an extended magazine. He then demanded the money from the register and got away with around $200.
