Greenwood man found guilty on child molest charges

GREENWOOD, Ind. – A Greenwood man was found guilty on Wednesday of five charges including:  two counts of child molest and three counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors.

It took a jury in Johnson County two hours to determine a guilty verdict for Jessie Rodarmel, 26.

During the trial, the jury was presented evidence of abuse that lasted over a two-month period during the summer of 2014. Each victim testified about the sexual acts that were performed as well as sexually explicit videos the defendant shared with each of the victims. The victims recounted the emotional details of the abuse they endured.

Rodarmel’s sentencing is scheduled for September 29 in the Johnson County Circuit Court.
