COOLEST MORNING IN NEARLY 2 MONTHS

How is this for a refreshing change! We promised that the humidity would take a big blow with a passing front Saturday and Monday morning we wake up to the coolest air since before the 4th of July!

It went as cool as 51° Monday in West Lafayette and we could easily reach the middle 50s again early Tuesday.  The air originating from south Canada, produced lows of 41° at Land of Lakes and Tomahawk, Wisconsin early Monday.  The cool, northwest flow is ending as wind gently turn south Monday evening.

August 2016 is currently running 4.5° warmer than last August. It's among the warmest 11% on record and 20th wettest on record with 4.11" of rainfall.
