Sporting Ryan Lochte’s infamous Olympics dye job, Jimmy Fallon spoofed the swimmer during the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night.

Fallon was chosen to present the award for Video of the Year at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

“Who has the best video of the year? I can’t tell you that. They’re all so great and so talented I couldn’t choose. I couldn’t tell you even if there was a gun to my head… which there isn’t.”

Fallon, 41, had fun at Lochte’s expense with Michael Phelps in attendance. Phelps couldn’t help but laugh at the antics.

Lochte claimed he and other Olympians were robbed at gunpoint at a gas station during the Rio Olympics. He later admitted he’d exaggerated the story, which made international headlines and took the focus off the Olympics in the final days of competition.

Fallon-as-Lochte claimed he directed “all five” of the nominees for Video of the Year, adding that he wrote, produced and directed Justin Bieber’s “Sorry.” He also said he’d provided Adele with the infamous flip phone used in the hit video for “Hello.”

Beyonce’s “Formation” emerged as the winner.
