West Lafayette Police investigating armed robbery

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – West Lafayette police are investigating a reported strong-armed robbery near the 1400 block of Northwestern Avenue just north of Cherry Lane. The incident was reported around 2:45 a.m. Friday.

The victim reported a male subject in a ski mask approached her from behind and took her wallet. The suspect was described as approximately 5’11” tall, with heavy build and possibly wearing a long-sleeved shirt.
