Happy Saturday everyone! We have a spectacular Labor Day weekend on the way!
High pressure sitting over the region will keep us dry into the middle of next week. Lots of sunshine on the way and slowly warming temperatures as winds shift out of the south Sunday into Monday.
Those southerly winds will also increase humidity. On Labor Day it will be feeling muggy outside with heat index values into the mid 90s.
Today though humidity will remain low and temperatures will stay slightly below normal. Another cool night on the way with lows in the 50s and low 60s.
Summer-like conditions stick with us into the middle of next week with temperatures in the lower 90s. Rain chances return Thursday into Friday as a disturbance moves into the area.
