INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Tuesday afternoon! We've got high clouds out there today and they typically precede a low-pressure system. If you've got any evening plans, most areas will stay dry.
Rain and storms look to move into northwestern Indiana after 9 p.m.
As a cold front moves in from that direction, additional showers and storms will be possible across northern and central Indiana overnight into Wednesday morning. Some of the storms may be strong and produce a quick 0.25 inches of rain and gusty winds.
Additional showers will be moving through central Indiana Wednesday afternoon with possible t-storms across our southern counties. Rainfall amounts will generally be light and less than 0.10 inches, unless under a t-storm.
High pressure will build back in briefly for Thursday and then rain and storm chances will once again return to start the weekend. Heavier rains will be possible on Saturday. --Danielle Dozier
