Police investigating after 16-year-old is shot on far east side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Police are investigating after a teenager was shot on the city’s far east side Monday evening.

Officers say the shooting happened in the 10600 block of East 30th Street around 6:15 p.m.

We’re told the 16-year-old victim was sent to Riley Hospital for Children in stable condition.
