GREENSBURG, Ind. – An Indianapolis man is accused of giving a 15-year-old boy drugs and engaging in sexual misconduct with him.

Police say the man also threatened to hurt the teen if he told anyone about it.

According to court documents, Christopher A. Anderson, 33, is charged with dealing in a narcotic drug, sexual misconduct with a minor and intimidation.

Greensburg police said the incident happened in February. Court documents said Anderson supplied the teen with narcotics and then engaged in sexual misconduct. After the encounter, court documents said Anderson threatened to “beat” the teen if he went to the police or told anyone else what happened.

Charges against Anderson were originally filed on March 14. Two days later, a restraining order and arrest warrant were issued in the case.

During a hearing last week in Decatur County, a not guilty plea was entered on Anderson’s behalf. He has been assigned a public defender.

A trial in the case was set for Feb. 15, 2017.
