Happy Sunday everyone! A cold front to our northwest will sag south into the region today bringing some showers mainly to the northern half of the state.
Rain and a few thunderstorms will push into northwestern Indiana mid morning and continue moving southeast during the afternoon.
Some showers are possible in central Indiana starting around noon and continuing through the evening hours.
It won't be an all day rain event but you may want to keep the umbrellas handy.
Another breezy afternoon on the way. Southerly winds 10-20mph with gusts to 25 mph possible. The strong winds will help boost our temperatures into the upper 70s.
The heat builds through Tuesday when we will likely tie or break some temperature records. A cold front moves in Tuesday night returning rain chances to the state and ushering in a cooler airmass.
