Betsy’s Boo-Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ½ cup spinach (or kale)
  • 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter (can substitute with Betsy’s Best Peanut or Seed Butter)1 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch sea salt

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
