INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Wednesday afternoon! We've enjoyed a mostly sunny but cooler day in central Indiana. Temperatures fell to the mid-40s this morning and rose to the mid-50s this afternoon.
A clear sky is expected tonight with temperatures down in the upper 30s. We'll have patchy fog and patchy frost around the area Thursday morning.
The winds will increase Thursday afternoon out of the west, southwest. Gusts to 20 mph are possible with highs near 60 degrees with sunshine.
A cold front will move through Friday with highs in the mid-50s and an increase in cloud cover. We'll also pick up a gusty north wind. Saturday morning looks to bring our first freeze of the season with temperatures down to 32 degrees. We'll warm back up a bit next week with chances of rain arriving by the middle of next week. --Danielle Dozier
