LAWRENCE, Ind. — Two people are in custody following a police pursuit that started in Hamilton County and ended along I-465 on the east side of Marion County.

It happened around 4 a.m. Saturday when Fishers police responded to a burglar alarm at a Hamilton County car dealership. As they arrived, a male suspect ran from the scene and jumped into a Dodge pick-up truck.

The female driver of the truck led police on a high-speed chase from Fishers into northeastern Marion County where the truck eventually pulled off I-465 at 56th St. There, Lawrence police were able to stop the vehicle and make apprehension of the driver and passenger.

No one was injured in the incident.
