3 arrested on drug dealing charges after IMPD seizes meth, marijuana, guns from home

UPDATE: Amy Huber pleaded guilty to dealing in methamphetamine. Possession of a narcotic drug and possession of marijuana charges were dismissed as a result. She was sentenced to 4 years, with 2 years suspended and 42 days credit for time served. She’ll serve her term in Marion County Community Credits on home detention.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three people were arrested on drug dealing charges after IMPD officers served a search warrant at a home Wednesday.

Narcotics detectives, Flex team officers and a SWAT team entered the home in the 3300 block of Lyons street around 7:30 p.m. There, they found 37-year-old Amy Huber, 25-year-old Brandon Johnson and 38-year-old Robert Quinn.

During the search, detectives seized marijuana, methamphetamine, a .22 caliber rifle with ammunition, a 12 gauge shotgun with ammunition and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Huber was arrested for dealing narcotics with a gun enhancement and possession of marijuana. Police say she had a previous conviction for dealing marijuana.

Quinn was arrested for possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana. He had a previous conviction for possession of marijuana.

Johnson was arrested for dealing marijuana.

All three were transported to the Arrestee Processing Center by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
