Westfield police asking for help to identify woman suspected of fraud

WESTFIELD, Ind. – The Westfield Police Department is asking for the public to help them identify a woman suspected of fraud.

Police say the woman, who has used the alias “Tawanna Carter,” has used several counterfeit checks at local grocery stores in Hamilton and Marion counties.
