INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police say an Indianapolis Public Schools teacher accused of watching pornography in a classroom may have been framed by students.

An investigation cleared the teacher in question at Longfellow Middle and High School of any wrongdoing.

Investigators believe the teacher left a laptop sitting out, and students were able to breach the IPS firewall and load a porn website onto the computer.

FOX59 previously spoke with a sophomore at the school who claimed to have heard a pornographic video playing on her teacher’s computer. She reported the incident to the school and claimed school officials waited several days to file a report with police and the Department of Child Services.

The teacher is now back at work and no criminal charges were ever filed.

FOX59 reached out to IPS for a statement on the firewall breach and if any action will be taken against the students.
