Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers bringing ’40th Anniversary Tour’ to Indy in 2017

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – An iconic rock band will make a stop in the Circle City next spring as part of its “40th Anniversary Tour.”

Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers are set to perform at Klipsch Music Center on Saturday, May 13. They’ll be accompanied by singer-songwriter Joe Walsh.

The tour will officially kick off on April 20 in Oklahoma City.

Tickets for the Indianapolis show will go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 16 at 10 a.m. You can find tickets on Special pre-sales for Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers Highway Companions Club members will begin Wednesday, December 14 at 10 a.m.

To further commemorate the 40th anniversary of its debut album, the band is also releasing two vinyl box sets featuring their entire studio album repertoire.
