Police tell FOX59 that Steven Robinson was suspected of shoplifting a cigar. He walked out of the BP, and the clerk, identified as Ahmad Al-Rafie, decided to follow him outside to his car. Police say Al-Rafie pointed a firearm at Robinson, who then drove off.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.

Police arrested Robinson for theft and driving while suspended, and they also arrested Al-Rafie for intimidation and pointing a firearm.
