A $2,000 reward has been offered for new information leading to the discovery of a missing Plainfield man.

Morgan Johnson was last seen leaving his room at the Value Place Motel on Gateway Drive May 18. His family said Johnson has seizures but they don’t think he has any medication with him. A silver alert was issued shortly after his disappearance.

Johnson told his employer that he was leaving town to attend a funeral. His mother called police after she realized he did not make the trip and after she could not reach him on his phone.

Johnson has not made any phone calls on his cell phone or made any financial transactions.
The 27-year-old drives a white 1995 Pontiac Grand Am, license plate # JS1830. It is believed that he left his room at the Motel and got into his car around 11:45 p.m. May 18.

His family has set up a reward fund. Anyone with information on Morgan Johnson’s whereabouts should call the Plainfield Police Department at 317-839-2566.
