State lawmakers have now joined an Indiana mother’s fight to bring her son back home from Greece.

Alissa Zagaris said her son, Leo, was abducted by his father. She said his father took him to Greece and refuses to bring him back.

Zagaris said Congressman  Dan Burton is now working with the FBI to get international parental kidnapping charges filed against the father.

Senator Richard Lugar is also getting involved. He sent a diplomatic request to Greece’s Central Authority. Lugar has contacted the U.S. Embassy there.
