Clouds linger but drying out! Winter storm Thursday?

Hazy, foggy start should give way to peeks of sunshine this afternoon but clouds will rule the day!  Temperatures do remain mild for December with highs today reaching the middle to upper 40s (afternoon average for today is 38-degrees).  Here is your timeline:


Rain and storms arrving on Thursday will be part of a much larger winter storm impacting many states across the Midwest, Central Plains and Great lakes…

We get on the back side of this system by Thursday afternoon as rain changes to snow…Along with the snow comes wind and sharply colder air…Winter has arrived!  More on this in the days ahead but here is an early look into Thursday’s timeline:
