Four men sought in drug investigation

Law enforcement agencies around Indianapolis seek four men wanted on felony drug charges.

Warrants have been issued for Dwayne Battle, Stacey Rhodes, Emanuel Murphy and Donovan Barnes following a long-term narcotics investigation by both federal and local law enforcement agencies. The men are considered armed and dangerous.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of all four men.

If you have any information that will assist authorities, call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-8477 (TIPS) or 800-222-8477 (TIPS). You can also text “INDYCS” plus your tip to 274637 (CRIMES).

Anonymous tips may also be submitted at the Crime Stoppers website. You will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 if the information leads to a felony arrest. Only tips submitted directly and anonymously to Crime Stoppers are eligible for these cash rewards.
