Level 2

Another round of light snow will be passing through Central Indiana this afternoon and will continue overnight. An upper level low is creating enough lift to produce the flurries to light snow showers.  We will also see some pockets of freezing drizzle.

More than likely, this event will result in little to no new snow accumulation.  Most of the afternoon snow has been melting on contact with our roadways.  But a light dusting can also been seen on sidewalks, driveways and yards.   But do be aware that temperatures will fall into the upper 20s tonight and that will once again freeze things over on untreated surfaces and create slick spots.  As always, just take it slow.

It looks like this mix of light snow and light freezing drizzle will continue overnight and linger as long as early Sunday afternoon.
