Police have made a second arrest in the starvation death of a 2-month-old baby.

Gregory Robey faces charges in the death of his son, Phillip. The boy was found emaciated, weighing a little more than five pounds. Investigators said the conditions inside the home were filthy. According to court documents, the baby had been sleeping in the drawer of an entertainment center.

Police arrested the boy’s mother, Bambi Glazebrook, in November. A Fox59 investigation found that the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and the Department of Child Services had received complaints regarding Phillip.

Relatives said investigators could have done more to intervene in the case.
