NOBLESVILLE, Ind.—The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to close the southbound right lane of State Road 37—approximately one mile south of S.R. 238—from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Thursday allowing contractors to replace nonworking in-road traffic sensors.

Sensors are configured as loops or straight-line installations.  They are used for counting and classifying vehicles.

In case of inclement weather, work will be postponed.
