The severe threat is now behind us for this latest round of storms with temperatures expected to plummet tonight and tomorrow. What a difference a day can make, with our midnight temperature this morning at 63 degrees. Thursday highs will only be in the teens with Friday lows falling to single digits! There will also be a chance for some snow later on today into
Thursday morning with only light accumulation possible. Not only will temperatures plummet but we will also see gusty winds driving the wind chill down to a feels like temp of -12 to -22 on Friday morning.
Heading into the weekend temperatures won’t be as cold. There is a chance for snow on Saturday. Highs on Saturday should hit the upper 20s with Sunday’s highs close to freezing for everyone. Monday and Tuesday highs will also be in the 30s with an isolated chance for snow.
