NEW ORLEANS – The pre-game festivities. The strong Ravens first half. The blackout. The 49ers comeback-and eventually a Baltimore triumph.

All of these were experienced by the Harbaugh family, whose son John’s Ravens defeated Jim’s San Francisco team Sunday night in Super Bowl XLVII at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

As it turns out the leader of the likely No. 1 college basketball team in the country was with them the whole way.

Indiana head coach Tom Crean, who is married to Jim and John’s sister Joanie, was in New Orleans to check out the game and be with the family on their special day.

Chris Hagan covered the Super Bowl on Sunday night and caught up with Crean. Watch his interview with the Hoosiers coach by clicking on the video above.
