Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over

If you hit the roads this month, there’s a good chance you could be one of hundreds who will find themselves face-to-face with State Troopers.

Indiana State Police are setting up sobriety checkpoints across the state. They did their first early Saturday morning on Indy’s South Side. Dozens of drivers were stopped by police. Some even had to perform roadside alcohol tests.

The checkpoints are part of an effort in March to draw attention to drunk driving and safety on the road.
