Some people report hearing a loud boom just before the lights went out, shortly after 11:30 p.m.

IPL representatives say their Cumberland substation on German Church Road is down, leaving 10,185 customers without power.

Areas affected are 21st Street, south to Troy, and from Franklin Road, eastward to County Line Road.

Crews are on the scene now and are working to have the problem repaired soon.

I don't know what's worse; The morons who drop troll bait on the floor or the idiots who react to it like Pavlav's dog.

That is the most idiot response I have ever seen on here. I am not black nor an obama fan and you should be ashamed. Better yet why don't you put your full real name on that message. Come on big boy. I'll personally send you $100 in the mail. Just let me know how to address it. Well see if you stand behind those words. Uneducated fools like you, white, black, purple, or pink are the real problems in this world. Have a nice jerk off of a day you fool…
