Woman arrested in connection with spray paint vandalism

LEBANON – A Lebanon woman faces nine counts in connection with vandalism at several buildings.

Police said Sandra Harlan, 47, painted the letters “J” and “B” along with other symbols with black spray paint early Saturday. The Boone County Courthouse and Lebanon Public Library were among the buildings affected.

Police were following leads and examining surveillance video prior to Harlan’s arrest.

She’s charged with one count of felony criminal mischief and eight counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief.
