Community organizing birthday card shower for veteran’s 100th birthday

A Virginia community is working to make sure one of American’s bravest has a great 100th birthday.

Frank Ritenour, 99, served in several wars, including World War II.

He will turn 100 on April 3 and several friends have organized a Birthday Card Shower to wish him well. Their goal is 100 birthday cards.

If you would like to participate, send a birthday card to Frank Ritenour at Consulate Healthcare, 803 S. Main St., Woodstock, Virginia 22664.
