Senior housing developer moving headquarters to Carmel

A developer of senior housing and care properties is moving its headquarters to Carmel.

According to our partners at the Indianapolis Business Journal, Mainstreet Property Group is leaving Cicero and will be moving to Carmel later this month.

As part of their move, they are investing $800,000 and will increase their staff from 20 workers to 45.
