Which exercise works best for weight loss?

New research says running will help more than walking. Scientists say if you’re looking to trim your waistline, you need to do higher intensity exercises.

Researchers found that running results in 90 percent greater weight loss.  They say it is because it gets your metabolism up and keeps it going even after you stop.

However, scientists say you shouldn’t just exercise to successfully lose weight.  You must also eat a healthy diet.
