A basketball game brought out kids and families to help support a good cause Wednesday.

The Hoosier Heroes took on the Harlem Wizards in an effort to raise awareness and support for organ donation and the National Kidney Foundation.

Many members of the Hoosier Heroes team are transplant patients or doctors.

The event recognizes the physicians, donors and donor families who help make life possible for others.

Donors are needed everywhere, we need a lot of donors for everybody so it’s good to come out and support,” said Daniel Harrison.

As for the final of the game, the Harlem Wizards won 76-to-35.
