Strawberry Race Cakes

 

Ingredients

Mrs. Freshley’s Dessert Cups

Whipped topping

1-½ pounds of Strawberries

3 tablespoons of Sugar

Crumbled crème filled chocolate cookies

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix strawberries with 3 tablespoons sugar and refrigerate while juices develop, at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2.    Fill Mrs. Freshley’s dessert cup with strawberry mixture
  3. 3.    Add whipped topping to strawberry mixture
  4. 4.    Sprinkle the dessert cup with a small handful of crumbled crème filled chocolate cookies and enjoy!
