City Code Enforcement is trying to shut down a social club where four young people were shot Saturday night.

The three teenagers and a 20-year-old woman were wounded when a party got out of hand at 1913 E. 46th St.

Reportedly, there had been at least three brawls inside the birthday before security men cleared the club. Outside, several shots were fired.

IMPD has filed for a temporary restraining order to keep James Walker from continuing to operate the club.

Based on several incidents there, police say the club is a risk to the public because of liquor, food, overcrowding and criminal violations.
