70% ground beef

30% ground bacon


Season Beef/Bacon Patty with kosher salt and pepper on both sides, place on grill

After two minutes, turn burger 90 degrees and cook an additional two minutes

Flip burger and cook two minutes, then turn burger 90 degrees

Cook burger to desired temperature

Butter your bun and toast

Cook an egg to medium/hard

Place one slice of cheddar cheese on the burger to melt

Place the burger on the burger bun

Top burger with two slices of peppered bacon & one egg

Place garlic mayo on the top bun

Top with shredded lettuce and red onion slices
