Closed home sales on the rise, up almost 19 percent

A part of the Hoosier state is seeing an increase in closed home sales.

From March to May of this year, the number of closed sales in Marion County increased by almost 19 percent. That’s compared to the same three months last year.

The median sales price also increased by nearly 7 percent.
