Police investigating after shooting victim shows up at hospital

Police are investigating after a shooting victim showed up to an Indianapolis hospital Monday.

The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest before showing up at IU Methodist Hospital.

Police said they believe the victim was shot near West 38th Street and North Capitol Avenue.

The victim is listed in critical condition.
