There’s an ocean of bad food out there, but a consumer watchdog says the worst is at Long John Silver’s.

The “Big Catch” has been named the “Worst Meal in America.” The restaurant advertises the fillet as a wild-caught whitefish three times the size in weight of its normal uncooked whitefish.

Testing by the Center for Science in the Public Interest found two weeks-worth of trans fat, 33 grams, in this one meal, plus 19 grams of saturated fat and more than 1,300 calories!

For better or worse, the Big Catch is available through this month.
