A young boy is back to riding his bike thanks to the Wayne Township Fire Department.

Crews were called to the 900 block of North Girls School Road around 6 p.m. Friday.

A 4-year-old managed to get his foot wedged between the pedal crank and frame of his new bike.

Crews worked to disassemble the bike and freed the young boy’s foot. They weren’t done with their work, though. They then reassembled the bike, allowing the boy to ride once again.
