Rockslide Brownie S’Mores
2 graham cracker squares
1 to 2 t. chocolate dessert topping
1 scoop Blue Bell Rockslide Brownie Ice Cream (approximately 1/3 cup)
Drizzle dessert topping on one side of a graham cracker square. Place ice cream on top of sauce. Top with second graham cracker square and press down gently to adhere the crackers to the ice cream. Serve immediately. Make one serving.
Note: The above dessert can be eaten without utensils. To make it a little fancier, serve it “open-faced” by omitting the second graham square. Serve it in a small dessert dish and top the ice cream with a dollop of whipped topping, some crushed graham cracker pieces and more dessert topping.
