An Indiana physician accused of murdering four people in Nebraska will soon return to Omaha. Anthony Garcia waived extradition Wednesday.

Garcia is accused of killing four people, including a young boy, after his firing from Creighton University.

While his firing happened in 2001, the murders happened in 2008 and 2013, police said. Police believe the killings were revenge for his termination.

Monday, police arrested him in southern Illinois and searched his Terre Haute home.

Garcia is a licensed physician in Illinois. He has tried unsuccessfully to obtain a license in Indiana.
