Person arrested after police locate stolen ambulance

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police have recovered an ambulance that was stolen early Friday morning.

An ambulance crew reported that their ambulance had been stolen in the 5300 block of Comer Square, just after 3 a.m. Friday.

Police found the ambulance near New York Street and Chester Avenue about an hour later and were able to pull it over.

The driver was arrested without incident.
