America’s second richest man was in Central Indiana Monday, bringing hundreds of jobs for Hoosiers.
Billionaire investor Warren Buffett and Governor Mike Pence cut the ribbon for a Geico Customer Service Center in Carmel.
Geico is moving into existing office space at 103rd and Meridian Streets.
Hiring for sales and service positions will start immediately. The center is expected to generate at least 1,200 jobs over the next few years.
Buffett owns Geico’s parent company, Berkshire Hathaway.
